HS-V On the basis of sinker knitting principle, HS-V computerized glove pattern knitting machine adopts converter technique, which can product fashioning knitting one side pattern glove, two side pattern glove and finger pattern glove in one step. Half finger glove and finger wrapped glove can be produced by computer program control.

The performance of the machine 1. Sinker knitting system: produces gloves with higher resilience and toughness, and more hand-shape suited. 2. Central lubricating system: divides into manual and automatic oiling central lubricating system; can supply oil automatically to each part; is easily maintained thus to increase durability and productivity. 3. Durable needle plate: needle plate part is formed by inserting special high-precision gill after heat treatment. 4. High-precision handpiece: triangle of handpiece composes by special abrasion resistant steels and processed by using numerical control machining technology. Meanwhile, vacuum heat treatment is taken to improve abrasion performance and impact force of handpiece.
